Pentax Optio WG-3 and WG-3 GPS

The Pentax WG-3 and WG-3 GPS are both top of the line waterproof, digital compact cameras, featuring underwater shooting to a depth of 14m, a large aperture zoom lens and dual anti-shake protection.

Features of these great new cameras include:

* Heavy duty construction for underwater shooting to 14 deep and up to 2 continuous hours. These cameras are also designed to be highly shock resistant, dust proof, cold resistant and crush proof.

* 4 x optical zoom lens with a maximum aperture of F2.0 to capture bright, clear images with minimal noise, even under dimly lit underwater conditions. With its 4x zoom coverage from 4.5mm to 18mm, this versatile zoom lens accommodates a wide range of applications – from macro shooting of flowers to wide angle shooting of spectacular landscapes.

* These cameras come equipped with a state-of-the-art, back illuminated CMOS image sensor. Coupled with a new generation imaging engine, this image sensor delivers a top sensitivity of ISO6400 and super high resolution images with 16mp

* The dual shake reduction system combines as image sensor shift type SR mechanism with a digital SR mode to more effectively compensate for the adverse effects of camera shake and subject shake in shake prone conditions such as sunset scenes or poorly lit subjects.

* The WG-3 GPS comes equipped with a sophisticated GPS module, which automatically records position data and travel log data onto captured images and adjusts the build in clock to local time.

Other features include: extra high resolution, wide frame 3inch LCD screen, full HD movie recording, wireless recharging on the WG-3 GPS, the WG-3 comes in orange and black, and the WG-3 GPS comes in green or purple.

The Pentax Optio WG-3 and WG-3 GPS are a dependable, heavy duty imaging partner in the most harsh, demanding, outdoor conditions
